Here in the Ministry of Labor we share concern of the King about insufficiency of laborers in various service sectors ( there are no other kind of jobs available in the Kingdom after all ): " But Jesus called them to Himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great, exercise authority over them. Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave— just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
(Mt.20:25-28) Therefore, here in the Ministry, we have drawn up this official letter in order to inform citizens about this defect. To those citizens who share this same concern, we do assure that here in the Ministry we are fully awake and alerted, and that we have initiated required actions in order to resolve this problem.

According to our own investigations the major reason for this labor shortage is laziness and selfishness caused by the high standard of living. Here in the Ministry we call this 'sodomian syndrome': "Look, this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom: She and her daughter had pride, abundance of food, and of idleness; neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. " (Ezek.16:49) This unfortunate phenomenon troubles people living in the western part of the world. Especially getting committed laborer's to so-called tasks with lesser visibility is almost impossible. Instead there is a huge oversupply of people for tasks demanding ability as a public performer. Such people have, for example, ability to play an instrument or sing, or people having natural charisma, who are able to perform great healing spectacles. This naturally, is a huge distortion of labor supply. It seems that in this matter the law of the demand and supply meet deplorably well. In these actions of the labor policy have been forgotten completely the principle of the King. He did not give people what they wanted but what they needed. We here in the Ministry, and you there in the field, we have huge and troublesome task to get these people, enthusiastic over the entertainment, back to the work. The King has though predicted this present situation by his servant:" But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, thankless unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!" (2.Tim. 3:1-5)

We want to add this part of our official letter a narration of an experience the King has in the midst of people: "Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. And His disciples asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him. I mustcomplete the work of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” (John 9:1-5) As this narrative tells us, the King has not night shifts to offer. Those working in night shift are serving another master. Naturally we know that the work will not be easy. We strongly believe that using the tools given by the King workers in the field will duly see visible results of their efforts. The King has given his servants excellent work tools, namely the Word and prayer: " For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. " (Isaiah 55:10-11)
